Your Mission

  • Support the Design Team in the execution of innovative performance apparel designs.

  • Assisting designers with product creation from sketch to sample (both digital and physical)

  • Evolve the design process to use new tools for internal and external presentations

  • Under the direction of the Apparel Design team, collect market and athlete insights. Providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends/innovations

  • Support the Design Team in the creation of designs; sketches/renders and technical drawings

Your Mission

  • Design colour and material narratives/executions while achieving set goals with the direction of the Teamhead
  • Under the direction of the Teamhead, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively.
  • Apply creative direction from both PUMA and external brands to ensure all collaborations meet the criteria of representing both Brands DNA and creative directions and are market relevant
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and external partners and represent the PUMA brand & spirit
  • Produce accurate and detailed color and material technical sheets to factory standards.
  • Delivery of projects in line with development calendar
  • Travel to factories to finalize prototypes

  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative apparel graphics incorporating the visual language of Puma and Motorsport partners
  • Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative graphic design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives

In this role, you will help shape the visual and emotional identity of our products by crafting compelling footwear packs aimed to inspire and connect with consumers. You will bring fresh ideas, hands-on material exploration, and strong design instincts to create collections that push boundaries and reflect the brand’s vision. This role will focus on delivering compelling, innovative CMF (Color, Material, Finish) concepts that resonate globally and drive cultural relevance in our regional marketplace. You’ll translate your passion for design and storytelling into impactful product experiences for the modern consumer.

  • Research global fashion, art, culture, and sneaker trends to stay ahead of market shifts and identify emerging influences.

  • Design and develop color and material concepts across multiple footwear lines with an emphasis on seasonal stories and cohesive pack narratives, aligning with brand strategy, resonating with target consumers and meeting cost and margin requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Design, Product Line Management and Development to translate insights into bold, consumer-relevant footwear stories catering to regional needs, bring concepts to life from ideation to final product.

  • Lead the material selection process, exploring new and innovative materials, finishes, and constructions aimed to elevate product across a competitive landscape.

  • Build color and material palettes that are both trend-forward and rooted in brand identity.

  • Create and deliver mood boards, color CADs, material maps, and physical mock-ups to clearly communicate design vision when applicable, meeting tight deadlines.

  • Participate in material and trend research trips, trade shows, and inspiration travel to stay ahead of trends and innovations.

  • Build visually captivating presentations to communicate design narratives and material innovations to cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Your Mission

We are looking for an energetic design leader to oversee PUMA’s International Training design team. This person will be responsible to creatively lead and manage the design team through the entire design process from concept to completion. This person will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a resume of experience that can lead a team of talented designers to create a successful product range that fulfills the ever-changing request of the training consumer. This person will manage a team of multiple designers and be an integral part of implementing the seasonal creative brand direction within the training product offering.

  • Implement creative direction for PUMA’s Training product line supporting the overall brand creative direction in alignment with all creative cross functional design partners.

  • Provide market research and design trend analysis.

  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers.

  • Develop thorough creative strategies aligned with the Brand and BU's objectives, maintaining brand identity, and captivating the target audience.

  • Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of seasonal creative directions for the Business Unit, including collaboration with external partners and agencies.

  • Define clear content plans and message hierarchies for all marketing channels and create plans to produce the required assets.

  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners to implement ideas that align with their strategic channel directions encompassing Paid Media, PR, Organic Social, Commercial Marketing, and ecommerce.

  • Lead creative productions by identifying, hiring, and briefing external partners such as creative agencies, photographers, illustrators, animators, producers, and content creators. Additionally, manage multiple agency relationships and designers across various projects with a clear design voice and unwavering creative precision.

  • Lead the development of creative guidelines to aid in regional execution of global concepts.

  • Use research and market trends analysis, benchmark, feedback, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Demonstrate leadership through a passion for management and mentoring, fostering team spirit, and cultivating energy and optimism. Provide accountable leadership to the creative team, ensuring performance and results meet expectations.

  • Ability to socialize and present creative work in a compelling and persuasive way to cross-functional partners and senior leadership, has excellent people skills.

Your Mission

  • Oversee the design execution for Special Make Up products for Sportstyle Footwear RCC EMEA ( Regional Creation Center EMEA) with a great focus on color and materials expertise, in line with PUMA's seasonal development calendar
  • Work with Product Line Managers and Development to develop unique and relevant collection based and stand alone color and material footwear designs and product stories, respecting the seasonal creative direction, for the EMEA Region and support the team in preparing and presenting these to key accounts
  • Represent your design areas as design spokesperson at internal and external meetings
  • Drive a close cooperation with designers from inline, other RCC designers and other product areas (Apparel & Accessories) to ensure strong collaboration and 360 design concepts when needed
  • Manage, support, motivate, coordinate and develop the assigned RCC EMEA design team, including  hiring, yearly performance appraisal process, goal setting, budget planning, redundancies
  • Provide strategic design and related support to Sr Director RCC EMEA
  • International and domestic travel as required for Key Account meetings, market research, trend and inspiration trips, consumer insights and factories/development centers.
