Your mission

  • Responsible for all line, including Select/ Special Make up / Rapid Response Design creation for Key Accounts, Puma Retail, and Outlet or any account when required
  • Understand the region’s trends and market direction to ensure all products designed for the regions are brand relevant
  • Prepare trend boards, material, and trim boards
  • Design ranges and products, which complement the international collection while satisfying the needs of the region, considering the elements that affect the region (Men’s, Women’s and Children’s)
  • Be accountable for achieving all tasks of the Vertical Development Calendar within the given timelines
  • Work closely with Teamhead of design, Product Line Manager, Development team and China merchant team to create and execute innovative apparel design/collection based on Global creative direction.
  • Gain market insight by visiting the markets, fashion fairs, concept stores, etc. as required
  • Travel to the factories to work on the development of the product and ensure that quick response timelines are met.

Your talent

  • University degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
  • At least 5-8 years of work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion, athletic/apparel industry
  • Versatile designer who has experience designing products across men’s, women’s and children’s products.
  • Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
  • Professional working experience with 3D Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
  • Key account concept and end-consumer understanding within the Chinese market
  • Vertical mindset
  • Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English.

Your mission

PUMA Hoops is powered by creativity, culture, and storytelling. As our Graphic Designer II for Basketball, you’ll shape the visual identity of PUMA Hoops — creating bold, relevant graphics that bridge sport and culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Apparel Design team and Footwear Design partners to build cohesive stories inspired by footwear concepts and the brand’s seasonal creative direction. From quick-turn cultural moments to signature athlete programs, your work will define how PUMA shows up on and off the court.

  • Design seasonal graphics that align with PUMA’s creative direction and strengthen the PUMA Hoops brand language.

  • Partner with Apparel, Footwear, PLM, and Color teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.

  • Execute quick-turn graphics in response to cultural and sport moments with speed, precision, and intent.

  • Develop complete graphic packs — placements, trims, prints, and patterns that scale across tiers.

  • Contribute to seasonal color palette development and ensure consistency across categories.

  • Maintain an organized graphic library and manage on-time file handoffs with PUMA Group Sourcing (PGS).

  • Lead at least one capsule or regional project per season from concept through execution.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in apparel graphic design, with strong storytelling and cultural awareness.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, meet expectations, and deliver on time

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge of basketball culture and sport lifestyle trends.

  • Strong illustration and custom typography skills that bring unique voice and character to design.

  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to adapt to feedback with professionalism.

  • Domestic & International travel required - up to 20%

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

  • Responsible for the creative design and execution of seasonal international core unisex & kids accessories product lines
  • Take direction and inspiration from the Accessories Creative Direction to incorporate PUMA seasonal initiatives into the accessories ranges
  • Translate the briefings into conceptual design ideas
  • Ensure that the balance between innovation and commerciality of the product offering is constantly maintained
  • Lead product design reviews together with product line management, create and present seasonal trend and color overviews at design meetings
  • Partner with cross-BU seasonal projects and ensure 360 design stories together with Footwear and Apparel.
  • Partner with Development Team in research of fabrications, techniques and applications, develop thorough understanding of the capabilities, flexibility and limitations of source base
  • Ensure accessories ranges are brand appropriate and meet the needed cost and margin requirements
  • Timely and accurate completion of detail sheets, CADs, and tech packages based on design time and action calendar.

Your talent

  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in performance accessories, experience in international product development and manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree in Design and/or relevant field of study 
  • First leadership experience is an advantage 
  • Advanced skill level in Adobe package like Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D & AI  tools etc.
  • Knowledge of accessories market, colors and trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Very good presentation skills and strong ability to sketch and communicate design ideas 
  • Open-minded, self-starter with the spirit of creating best in class product and designs.
  • Highly organized teamplayer with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time
  • Requires some domestic and/or international travel

Your mission

  • Work closely with Director Design in executing design of seasonal international apparel product lines, through techpack and development.
  • Create and execute apparel ranges that fit the brand strategies and align with the seasonal creative direction set by the Director Design, and meet the needed cost and margin requirements.
  • Lead apparel design communication between all functions, coming up with creative solutions to push innovation.
  • Creates and delivers impactful presentations of seasonal proposals; Communicates and presents concepts and presentation materials in conjunction with design and product teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to key accounts and competition to assure thorough knowledge of the market place.
  • Participate in product design reviews for product line management.  Create and present seasonal trend and color overviews at design meetings alongside Director Design.
  • Partner with Development Team in research of fabrications, techniques, materials and applications.  Lead process with greater team to determine capabilities, flexibility and limitations of source base.
  • Lead development process alongside with developers and technical designers to assure fit and styling.  Lead fit and review sessions alongside Director Design.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of CADs, colorflows, and technical packages based on design / development calendar.
  • Open-minded, self-starter willing to help other product categories when called upon in the spirt of creating best in class product and designs.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a design concentration.
  • 2-4 Years Design Experience
  • Advanced skill level in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Strong graphic driven design sensibility.
  • Willingness to learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and adapts to design team culture.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable of  performance and lifestyle apparel markets, color and trends.     
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Requires some domestic and/or international travel.
