Your mission
Designing accessories for the PUMA brand and support the design process throughout all its stages
Translate product briefings into conceptual design ideas and coherent collections
Ensure that designs have a consistent and integrated interpretation of PUMA’s DNA maintaining a strong balance between innovation and commerciality
Work closely with the Design team, Teamhead Design Accessories and the Creative Director to finish designs to high level of refinement
Support the development of product from sketch to finished product
Producing Designs, Teckpacks and product specifications for different product lines
Contribute market intelligence including color and design trends that can be incorporated into seasonal presentations and ensure these are reflected in the designs that will be produced on a seasonal basis.
Your talent
Minimum 3 to 4 years Design experience, ideally in Accessories as well as knowledge of accessories market, colors and trends
Bachelor Degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
Advanced skill level in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and possibly 3D etc
Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on any challenge
Strong graphic, material and silhouette driven design sensibility
Ability to sketch and communicate design ideas in detail
Open-minded, self-starter willing to help other product categories when called upon in the spirit of creating best in class product and designs
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time
Experience in international product development and manufacturing processes a plus
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Requires some domestic and/or international travel
