Your Talent
- University degree in a relevant field of studies
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company, preferably in the Logistics department
- Experience in process improvement and optimization, with a strong business sense
- Experience with logistics service providers (LSPs) and supply chain management
- In-depth knowledge of global logistics processes and regulations
- Fast process understanding with a strong business sense
- Advanced command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management
- Change Management mentality with the ability to manage and resolve complex logistics issues
- Team player with a „can do” attitude and pragmatic approach.
Your Mission
- Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
- Create new ideas, processes or policies, including explore / implement proposals for process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
- Supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues, including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
- Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners, Sales subs and LSPs
- Provide functional guidance and direction to others, including onboarding of (new) team members and others
- Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
- Review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
- Monthly KPI review with LSPs/ Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance.
