Your mission
Lead DTC & E-Commerce Data Initiatives: Drive the development, rollout, and communication of analytics and data projects to different business units (Global DTC, Retail / Int’l / Operational Controlling, Go - To - Market, etc.) and markets
Requirements Engineering: Collect, analyze, structure, improve or design both functional and non-functional requirements for analytics solutions
Project Management: Oversee the implementation of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals & priority, timely delivery, and optimal use of resources and budget
Cross-functional Team Management: Manage and coordinate cross functional project teams, including internal & external Solution Architects, Data Engineers, BI Analysts, Project Managers, etc, to ensure successful project outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other Data Analytics team members & relevant business functions to align analytics strategy and process improvement
Data Analysis & KPI Validation: Analyze and validate data and KPIs to provide actionable insights that guide transformation and change.
Your talent
Several years of experience in a similar analytics or product ownership role, ideally within the fashion, consumer goods, or retail industry
Strong understanding of retail business processes, with a particular emphasis on DTC and e-commerce operations
Hands-on knowledge with data analytics solutions, such as Databricks, MS OLAP Cube, MS Power BI or similar tools / platform
Experience with consumer insights or marketing automation platform data initiative is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Business fluency in English
Service-oriented, hands-on approach with a drive to perform and deliver results
International exposure & team-player with a positive, flexible, and open-minded attitude.
