Your mission
Lead the Digital Workplace low code area and manage solutions portfolio based on Power Platform and custom solutions
Lead and deliver business critical projects on time and with high quality by leveraging Power Platform and low code tools
Serve as product owner of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power Pages in alignment with Lead Solution Architect
Drive innovation, evaluate new platform features and products to continously enhance the low code solutions portfolio
Analyze business processes across PUMA to identify potential to automate and optimize with low code solutions
Drive global low code awareness by managing and expanding the user community and facilitating training initiatives to enable low code users globally
Develop and track KPIs to prove value generation and enable data-based decision making
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and relevant departments in PUMA, e.g. Legal, Information Security, IT Infrastructure.
Your talent
University degree in a relevant field of studies
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national company, or consultancy
Low Code Enthusiast - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and the entire Microsoft Low Code tool stack, including governance (COE, licensing, resource management)
Project Manager – Proven advanced project management skills, with ability to capture, manage and resolve business requirements with high quality and efficiency
Business Analyst - Experience in understanding, capturing, challenging and optimizing business processes
Innovation driver – Focus and strong interest on delivering innovative solutions in a constantly evolving technological field
Change ambassador – Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage others and build a network within and outside of PUMA
Team player – Experience in a multi-national and global environment, with ability to lead others and serve as spearing partner.
