Your mission

Lead, support, coordinate and facilitate the development and execution of end‑to‑end GTM and merchandising strategies, seasonal plans, and standardized global processes that drive consistent growth across markets. Act as the BU representative to bring the voice of the consumer into strategic decision‑making, ensuring Product, Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams are aligned to deliver a cohesive, insight‑led, and globally scalable consumer experience.

  • Lead translation of BU strategy into a focused global merchandising strategy
  • Support consumer, trend, market and channel insight generation to inform planning and assortment decisions
  • Coordinate multi‑year franchise lifecycle planning, including line planning, forecasting and roadmap delivery
  • Act as lead for assortment line planning: curate consumer‑centric product ranges and packages for WHS, Retail & eCom, define Mandatory Ranges, distribution, segmentation, and identify commercial opportunities and gaps
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, BUs and Commercial functions to land cohesive storytelling, merchandising packages and product plans

Your mission

This role is accountable for managing in-season trading activities to ensure efficient inventory management, seamless product rollouts, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This role demands strong analytical skills, close coordination with logistics, and proactive decision-making to optimize stock flow and maximize business performance. Oversight of multiple retail channels – Mono Doors – Full Priced Stores (FPS), Factory Outlet Concept (FOC) and Black Door (BD) – if any. Responsible for operations in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics, customer preferences, and business objectives.

Task 1: Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels at stores and warehouses to ensure balanced inventory.
- Compile and analyze detailed sizing reports and data insights to guide allocations.
- Assess historical trends to identify inventory risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate stock consolidation across stores to minimize slow-moving merchandise.
- Track and enhance sell-through rates for improved turnover.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising Planner to ensure continuous supply chain optimization for reordering, if any.

Task 2: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with Country Logistics team to proactively plan product ranges, provide delivery forecasts, and monitor shipment status.
- Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries of merchandise.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to align with merchandising and promotional timelines.

Task 3: Effective and Efficient In-Season Rollout
- Set up pricing in the system accurately and on time.
- Responsible for updating internal and external price changes in the system.
- Ensure seasonal product assortments are planned and updated in line with any in-season changes.
- Oversee the timely rollout of monthly launches for seamless market entry.
- Manage stock replenishments, ensuring healthy stock levels while monitoring store capacity constraints.
- Maintain accuracy in markdown pricing and ensure proper price updates.
- Track incoming new stock and proactively flag items at risk due to shipment delays.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of promotional activities and Key Item (KI) product performance.

Task 4: Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams on new product launches.
- Participate in monthly DTC meetings and conduct bi-monthly store walks/retail visits to gather insights.
- Partner with Merchandising Planner to ensure alignment on allocation, promotions, and stock flow.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3-4 years retail / merchandising experience in a fashion, footwear, or apparel retail industry.
IT Skills: Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.

                  Merchandising & Execution Support:

Your mission

PUMA is seeking a skilled Product Photography Studio Assistant to support our on-site photographer with keeping the studio operational. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level professional who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working hands‑on with product and studio setups.   • Manage the organization of physical product samples which includes unboxing, check in and hanging.

Your mission

  • Lead the European merchandising strategy for all Non-Inline and Collaboration categories, aligning regional assortments to global directives across Wholesale, E‑com, and Retail.  

  • Manage the Go‑To‑Market process and launch calendars with category marketing teams to ensure timely, strategic execution.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is appreciated.
