Your Talent

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or a related discipline
  • Initial professional experience in merchandising and/or product management, ideally within global brands (e.g., internships or working student positions)

Your Mission

  • Support the refinement of seasonal GTM processes by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in the implementation of improvements
  • Utilize established frameworks to coordinate milestones and support operational processes between Global GTM, BUs, and markets, ensuring smooth execution of seasonal deliverables
  • Support the implementation of the KI approach, ensuring accurate execution in line with GTM and marketing objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries from markets and business units, providing guidance and issue resolution as needed
  • Deliver clear and timely business packs and in-season updates (e.g., Weekly Updates) by communicating deadlines and collecting content from Business Units for scheduled releases, ensuring relevant insights are available for decision-making
  • Confirm that key operational systems are updated by the relevant teams and that all seasonal articles, data, and images are accurate and ready for distribution to the markets.

Your Mission

  • [SUMMARY] Execute the Country Merchandise function for apparel category, in order to achieve the desired Divisional and Business Unit mix set by Country Merchandising Director in order to secure a solid / safe future platform for the Longevity and Desirability of the Brand in their function and also deliver the Country Financial plan, while supporting Global Brand strategy leading to maximum sell-through result. Position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of execution and planning
  • Task 1 (30%): Merchandising Process: in line with Global product directives, execute the Country product assortment in order to achieve the seasonal KPI’s. Accountable for local assortment execution and providing a Country relevant Divisional/Business Unit assortment
  • Task 2 (20%): Market information input: Provide timely market feedback of own brand and competitions including local price information to global merchandising function with given template and additional materials as well as product samples if necessary
  • Task 3 (20%): Delivering KPIs: execute a Local Divisional Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed Country KPIs and Divisional objectives
  • Task 4 (20%): Cross-Functional / Cross-Divisional Alignment: collaborate with Country Sales- Retail- and Marketing teams to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned Financial targets or other Country relevant Strategic goals. Guide and support Strategic and Key Account implementation in the Country in order to achieve maximum sellthrough result and receive desired Divisional and Product mix
  • Task 5 (10%): Product presentations: occasionally support Sales management with presentations for selected Strategic accounts and Trade Shows

Your Mission

Lead and monitor the Go-to-Market process for assigned categories, ensuring effective seasonal assortment planning, achievement of sales and margin targets, and alignment with global, regional, and local strategies.

  • Define the seasonal product assortment in coordination with regional and local teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, pricing, margin goals, in-store dates (ISD), and channel segmentation.

  • Analyze market data (sell-out performance, market share, competitor benchmarking) to ensure a relevant and commercial collection while identifying new business opportunities.

Your Mission

Together with the Manager, Retail Merchandising to build the eCom merchandising and development strategies to drive the business forward by optimizing product sell through in a given category. Contribute in analyzing the trends and influences, consumer profile, ranking and product selling benefits behind the collection.

Task 1: To build the eCom Merchandising and development strategies to drive the business forward by optimizing product sell through, analyzing the trends and influences, consumer profile, ranking and product selling benefits behind the collection.

Task 2: Partner with eCOM team to grow Net Sales and Gross Margin of O&O websites and Marketplaces, develop strategies to maximize the sales and execute ideas for special product deals.

Your Mission

Faciliate and support the SEA Merch/GTM functions, in order to achieve the Merchandising strategy set by Head of Merchandising, to secure a solid/safe future platform for longevity and desirability of the brand. In their function and also support and deliver the financial plan, leading to maximum sell-through result.

Task 1: Merchandising Planning and Reporting – facilitate product range planning, article readiness, RRP and margins maintenance, checkpoint & cross functional alignment. Provide market competitor and pricing analysis. Track and align products order window, launch dates and sell thru’ of key launches with functional team.

Task 2: GTM Support – support GTM/Merch Managers with activities on efficient & result-oriented sell-in tools, analytics, Key Accounts’ requests, and ad-hoc reports, presentation/meeting preparation. Compiles and distributes Merchandising/product reports on regular and ad-hoc basis.

Task 3: Tools & Processes – support key Merch/GTM tools and processes in close alignment with global business solutions – forecasting board, sample portal, digital catalog.

Task 4: Showroom & Tradeshow Support – support the operation and execution of samples for tradeshow. Sample optimization involve sample ordering, tracking, inventory management, sample sales.
