Your Mission

Execute the Regional Wholesale and Retail Merchandise function for the respective business segment, in order to achieve the desired Divisional and Business Unit mix set by Regional Merchandising Director in order to secure a solid / safe future platform for the Longevity and Desirability of the Brand.

In their function and also deliver the regional Financial plan, while supporting Regional / Global Brand strategy leading to maximum sell-through result. Position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of execution and planning.

Task 1: Merchandising Process

In line with Global/Regional product directives, execute the regional product assortment in order to achieve the seasonal KPI’s. Accountable for Regional/Local assortment execution and providing a relevant Divisional/Business Unit assortment.

Task 2: Delivering KPIs

Execute a Regional/Local Divisional Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed Regional/ Country KPIs and Divisional objectives.

Task 3: Cross-Functional / Cross-Divisional Alignment

Collaborate with Regional Sales- Retail- and Marketing teams to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned financial targets or other Country relevant Strategic goals.

Task 4: Support GTM Planning and Calendar process

Strategic and Key Account GTM implementation in the regional/country to build up Key Accounts packages and business segmentation to achieve maximum sell through result and received desired regional KPIs and financial target.

Task 5: Market information input and support

Provide timely feedback and market intelligence of own brand and competitions and support regional GTM function.

  • Task 1 Cost Management (20%): Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T2, T3. Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency
  • Task 2 Product quality control (20%): Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots
  • Task 3 Costco & B2B Merchandising management (20%): Lead to all Wholesale Merchandising  process from supplier management, planning(MD), sampling, order to ex-factory. Set and manage efficient process to maximize the benefit through Wholesale Channel and special business cases(B2B)
  • Task 4 Process and Timeline management (20%): Be involved in all local production process from creation and sampling to bulk production
  • Task 5 Supplier management (10%): Set clear guide and rules to manage all suppliers for Puma Korea, and lead all communication process with those
  • Task 6 Compliance & Transparency management (10%): Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers and factories. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T2, T3 based on clear guideline & evaluation

Your Mission

  • Provide a compelling market relevant range of Sportstyle footwear, apparel & accessories to maximise the available opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Drive and execute area product assortments according to retailer & consumer needs for your relevant categories whilst achieving seasonal KPI’s.  
  • Translate qualitative information (consumer trends, colour, material, fit, price value, performance innovation needs, etc...) into compelling consumer insights to provide to the global BU, referencing relevant competitor products.
  • Translate quantitative information (revenue & pricing margin goals, FOB targets, forecasts, productivity / efficiency targets) along with consumer insights to deliver compelling area / country insights. 
  • Provide regional & global BU with quality detailed product briefs for inline and SMU products.
  • Oversee full product set up, including internal systems, restrictions, embargos, relevant trackers, master sheets, pricelists etc….  
  • Be an expert in your respective category delivering market insights, trends, pricing, retail, and consumer needs to the regional & global teams at key milestones in the season.
  • Follow and track the global critical path process to ensure key seasonal deadlines are met. 
  • Attend regional / global meetings at each key seasonal milestone to contribute to and influence the inline range so it delivers on key UKI market needs.
  • Early identification and implementation of UKI inline and account specific SMU needs
  • Support Sales by fully participating in account preview & pre line meetings, collating feedback for the wider team and ensuring this is delivered to relevant levels of the business in a presentable format.  
  • Develop, manage, and operate strategies in line with distribution and account plans.
  • Review and adjust assortments to optimize area product efficiency.
  • Analyze historical PO’s and sales data to deliver accurate forecasting within deadlines and targets.  
  • Work with Business Operations to reconcile forecasts. 
  • Deliver standout presentations.  
  • Provide Sales with compelling GTM sell-in materials
  • Work closely with sales to execute flow plans and door strategies in line with local needs.
  • Contribute to and adopt regional merchandising plan and refine / tailor for specific channels, key accounts, and doors. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and feedback to the Global business. 
  • Assist the area Senior Team Head Merchandising UKI in developing a strong and harmonious Merch Team that has excellent collaborative working relationships with all other local, regional, and global functions and personnel.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, empowering them with projects and responsibilities.
  • Own gross margin and article & sample count / efficiency targets
  • Regular store visits and wrap-up reports to keep yourself and the wider business up to date with retailer and competitor activity.
  • Proactively own the category, making game-changing decisions and leading the business in your area.  
  • Place sample orders having reviewed seasonal needs to maximise efficiency, avoiding unnecessary costs.
  • Merchandising showrooms at the start of each season and packing them down in preparation for the next on
  • Contribute to profitable growth
  • Review weekly GTM updates and follow-up on action points.

Your Mission

  • Analyser le marché de l’industrie du sport en France et comprendre les attentes des consommateurs

  • Coordinate and analyze the Budget and Rolling Forecast processes to establish company targets and maintain visibility over their achievement.
  • Monitor and steer monthly sales and profit performance, proposing commercial actions to ensure target fulfillment.
  • Project and supervise inventory levels by business channel and product division to keep them aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
  • Drive the sales of past-season products (D&X) to safeguard the company’s financial results.
  • Follow up on the Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) business to ensure consistent supply and sales performance.
  • Monitor licensed product stock and coordinate sales efforts with commercial teams before expiration dates to protect the company’s financial outcomes.​

Your Mission

Head of Go-to-Market, SEA will be responsible for leading GTM function across SEA countries to plan and roll-out integrated business strategy. He/she is a proven strategic leader with a deep understanding of product, brand, business, customer success, and finance. This person is required to comprehend PUMA’s global brand strategy and product ranges, before generating the market/customer specific GTM strategy. On top of the strategy, Head of GTM is responsible for redefine the regional product range to best fit for the local markets to deliver the country’s business goals and objectives. With the most competitive country level product assortment, he/she will be closely engaged with Wholesale team to achive WS business objectives through differentiated product offerings for maximum sell-thru and brand desirability. This will include providing customer centric product information, business analysis and differentiation strategy and tactics. 


Task 1: Regional GTM Strategy - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for SEA level. This involves understanding its range and defining the best way to sell, market, and distribute them. The head of GTM must create a roadmap that outlines how the company will reach its target customers and achieve its revenue objectives.              


Task 2: Country/Customer Specific Product Range and GTM Plan – Scale down / customize regional GTM plan for country/customer level and build corresponding product ranges to implement the strategy within key distributions. Coordinate closely with category merchandising, sales, marketing, and any related teams to ensure alignment with GTM strategy. Creating exclusive, SMU, collabs and any gap fillers are included.  


Task 3: Market Intelligence – Understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs and publish market intelligence reports. This includes researching and analyzing competitive products and companies, identifying market trends, and understanding what customers want and need.        


Task 4: Merchandising Operations – Maintain Masterline list with up-to-date data. Review and manage local pricing to deliver the margin target, ISD and order windows, together with necessary functions within the country. Be responsible for customer sell-in, including event arrangement, showroom and sample management and sell-in materials. Your Mission

Together with the Manager, Retail Merchandising to build the eCom merchandising and development strategies to drive the business forward by optimizing product sell through in a given category. Contribute in analyzing the trends and influences, consumer profile, ranking and product selling benefits behind the collection.

Task 1: To build the eCom Merchandising and development strategies to drive the business forward by optimizing product sell through, analyzing the trends and influences, consumer profile, ranking and product selling benefits behind the collection.

Task 2: Partner with eCOM team to grow Net Sales and Gross Margin of O&O websites and Marketplaces, develop strategies to maximize the sales and execute ideas for special product deals.

Task 3: Actively participate in key meetings, conduct regular business meetings/calls with marketplaces to review product performance and to optimize offering for the future season.

Task 4: Implement pricing strategy across all marketplaces, support eCom team in identifying marketplace expansion opportunities from a product / inventory point-of-view. Chase in-season trading opportunities.

Task 5: Monitoring incoming product to ensure the above listing pages are maintained and updated. Regular auditing of available product online to ensure it is appropriately represented with the customer in mind.

Your Mission

Together with the Country Merchandising Manager, responsible for delivering a in-season strategy and building the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range for the country which reflects the PUMA Brand Strategy and supports any key country strategies


•Accountable for managing the in-season trading of the business in a way where inventory is managed efficiently and required trading decisions are made and communicated to stakeholders
•Execution of seasonal eCOM buy
•Involve in assortment feedback based on market/store/customer profile, participate in seasonal kickoff meetings to ensure product relevance, ensure right product mix with targeted division/product category in mind
•Assist in submission of seasonal orders
•Ensure the buy based on analysis of the historical data/sell through
•Involve in review seasonal collection performance vs expectations and in analysing consumer buying patterns, predicting future trends
•Effective and efficient in-season rollout
•Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations to ensure seasonal rollout is aligned with Global/ SEA direction
•Garner feedback from Brand ambassadors on shop floor to enhance on pre-season planning.
•Be close to market to monitor direct competitors against Brand's position in terms of pricing, product, technology, Hero items.
•Ensure timely rollout of monthly launches and product assortment plan prior launch of a season
•To ensure incoming new stocks to be launched responsible doors in a timely manner
•To execute accurate replenishment and to ensure stock holding is in healthy level
•To manage stock consolidation in between stores to reduce slow moving merchandise quantity
•To work closely with Country Logistic team and to be more pro-active to plan product ranges, give delivery forecast, check shipment status of incoming stocks, delivery schedules
•Partner with Country Planner in Weekly/ Monthly allocation and replenishment plans
•Pricing and Promotion setup in system
•Touch base weekly/monthly with VM/ Retail Ops/ Content Team to reaffirm on RESEC/ OSEC/ EC BANNER
•Participate in monthly SIC meeting / Walk the stores/retail visit bi-monthly
•Align best practices across territory
•Adhere to existing best practices and ensure it is consistently rolled out in different partner doors/ Platform
•Process Improvement
•To process monthly inventory projection report together with Country Planner
•To manage unproductive inventory and develop creative pricing programs for clearance or markdown
•To strategize annual EOSS events and Ad Hoc promotions/ activations to boost sell-through
•Working with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries of merchandise
