  • Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines 

  • 2-3 years of experiences in programming

Your Talent

  • Minimum of 4 years professional work experience.

  • Possession of a degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding on routing and firewalling (expertise on this topic is a major advantage)

  • Advance experience on Palo Alto Firewall and Cisco switches is preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. The Microsoft 365 Administrator will be responsible for the management, administration, and support of our organization's complete Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in using automated testing tools such as PractiTest, UIPath, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Travel may be required based on project needs
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.) and SQL experience a plus

Your Mission

  • Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the PUMA North America region across a number of processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Interoperate with other IT functions including Business Analysts, Programming, IT Infrastructure, Project Management, and Application Support
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
  • Estimate, plan, and facilitate SIT, functional UAT, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
  • Coordinate thorough regression testing to validate resolved system defects.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to create and execute automated test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and generate summarized and detailed reports on software quality and performance.
  • Coordinate testing cycles across multiple projects and with multiple teams.
  • Maintain a library of test plans and cases based on business process and system changes.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools at PUMA North America.

Your Talent

  • 5+ years of IT Business/Industry work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Administration or other related field or work experience)
  • Ability to actively engage with stakeholders to align business processes, technology, and data analysis with organizational objectives
  • Define the capabilities required to provide products and services to stakeholders which provide value to the organization
  • Ability to translate business needs into high level IT requirements and solutions
  • Broad range of exposure to various technical and business segments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
  • Azure DevOps knowledge preferred but not mandatory 
  • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio 

Your Mission

  • Act as a strategic liaison between the business, IT teams and the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment of IT services and infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
  • Through close collaboration with the business, define opportunities and support prioritization based on predefined scorecard criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance).
  • Develop strategic IT solution roadmaps that ensure proper sequencing of projects and resource utilization
  • Facilitate the investment intake process and the high-level planning and execution of business initiatives through technology
  • Create and foster shared accountability for the success of IT projects by setting joint success criteria and performance metrics with the business
  • Partner with IT Centers of Expertise (PMO, Development Operations, Networking, Vendor Management) to align their work with the business and deliver seamless services that meet regional and global standards.
  • Continuously seek feedback and enhance IT solutions to better meet business needs by using an iterative approach to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in programming, software development and automation
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including Python, SQL, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, UiPath, and Power BI
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue), cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in software development and writing unit tests
  • Passionate about new and emerging technologies, especially AI solutions
  • Experience in mapping processes, developing workflow diagrams, and process optimization
  • Experience in a similar role in sporting goods / fashion / manufacturing / supply chain is a plus

  • Design secure, scalable solutions with cloud-native architecture, well-structured API design, and seamless backend integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation workflows and systems
  • Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality of automation workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes
