Your mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own global commercial analytics and decision science for PUMA E‑Commerce globally

  • Define and govern global KPIs, metric logic, and single‑source‑of‑truth standards

Profile & Experience :

  • 15 –18 years of professional experience, Global or multi‑regional leadership experience preferred

  • 6–8+ years leading analytics, decision science, or commercial insight teams

  • Strong e‑commerce or digital consumer business background

  • Proven track record of driving commercial impact through data and insight

  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce levers (traffic, CVR, AOV, margin, retention)

  • Expertise in KPI architecture, measurement governance, and analytics operating models

  • Strong BI and analytics literacy (Power BI, SQL reading, forecasting interpretation)

Your mission

Your mission

The role will be responsible for first- and second-level operational support, acting as the backbone between Data Engineering, business users, and production systems.

  • Provide end-to-end first and second level support for PUMA Data Engineering and Cube Applications, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

  • Work closely with Data Engineers on projects, including creation of detailed Operations Guides and alignment on deployment and go-live timelines.
