Your mission

This role is responsible for driving online sales and maximizing advertising efficiency across platforms owned by Meta Platforms; primarily Facebook and Instagram. In addition, this role should have experience in Google Ads to help support search ads when needed. Your mission

This role will primarily be responsible to plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns (Search, PMAX, Display, Video) whilst ensuring good traffic and ROAS. In addition to that, this role will be responsible not only for managing campaigns directly on Google, but also for leading and mentoring a team member handling Meta campaigns.

Task 1: Responsible for Performance marketing channels covering Google, Meta, Affiliate partners, marketplace platforms – track sales, traffic and work with the business team to deliver targets.

Your mission

Purpose & Overall Relevance

  • This role plays an instrumental part in the way the brand is portrayed and leveraged in association with HYROX partnership within the China market and ensures on a day-to-day basis that we continue to raise the awareness and image of PUMA as a leading brand in Elite Performance.
  • He/she will be the key person to drive business for all HYROX licensed merchandise and return on investment, esp. in DTC and gym channel.
  • Key driver and implementer of the global HYROX plans into local level.
  • To optimize and leverage the relationship between PUMA and local gyms/athletes, and furthermore implement the mutually agreed local & global strategy, driving return on investment and delivering towards the brands position as “HYROX official”.

  • Drive and coordinate the process towards optimizing the activation and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Performance category lead, on annual planning of HYROX on:
    • related projects esp. in gym/DTC,
    • SPOMA assets (athletes, gyms) management,

with effectively manage and implement relevant budgets.

  • Work with team to ensure full alignment with all relevant functions on both global and local level including but not limited to: local entities and sales forces, and all other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the HYROX Partnership Strategy in the local market and use of contractual entitlements with strong focus on consumer activation and topics (i.e. CRM, digital / social media etc).
  • Constant tracking and analysis of HYROX business as well as local trend in cross-fit market.

Your mission

This role is responsible for leading, planning and monitoring marketing communications activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial objectives for the Sportsyle and Motorsports categories, in alignment with Global and SEA directives.

Task 1: Marketing Communications & Campaign Planning
• Lead and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and seasonal campaigns for Sportstyle & Motorsports in alignment with Global and SEA directives.

Task 3: Budget & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support tracking and management of campaign and category budgets to ensure alignment with planned activities.
• Work with internal teams including Retail, Wholesale, Ecom and SEA to support alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

Task 4: Agency & Partner Management
• Coordinate with PR, event, social and production agencies to support execution of campaigns and activations.
• Maintain effective working relationships with external partners including media, influencers and vendors to support campaign delivery.

  • Own the roadmap for key Sportstyle franchises in India driving positioning, scale, and cultural relevance

  • Build long-term franchise equity through storytelling, community integration, and visibility across all sales and marketing touch points

  • Drive full-funnel impact from awareness to sell-through

2.  Strategic Account & Platform Development

  • Build and grow Puma’s presence in premium fashion and lifestyle accounts

  • Develop account-specific strategies aligned to Puma’s positioning and partner identity

  • Leverage key accounts as platforms for culture-led storytelling and retail differentiation

3.  Integrated Marketing & Activation

  • Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives ensuring alignment across brand, retail, digital, and community

Your mission

  • Lead all marketing activities for the assigned area, translating regional strategies into impactful local activations across markets
