Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4+ years relevant experience in communications roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Your Mission

  • Support creation and execution of communications strategies for PUMA North America, managing efforts for regionally specific initiatives within the North America media landscape and key global initiatives that are led by the North America based team
  • Manage day-to-day media relations across consumer, lifestyle, culture, sneaker, fashion, emerging media, social media and business media, as well as cultivate new relationships across verticals
  • Responsible for creating, editing and developing PR materials and other media tools including messaging, press releases, executive briefs, talking points, media presentations, pitches, among other documents
  • Organize media interviews and event media attendance and coverage
  • Work with PUMA spokespeople to prepare briefing materials and organize media interviews as needed
  • Work closely with the North America account marketing teams to communicate account specific programming and build interest
  • Manage communications calendar for PNA
  • Help manage North American external agency relationships and serve as day-to-day contact for owned initiatives
  • Support with North America corporate and internal communications initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with other cross functional partners to build strong working relationships to ensure alignment and successful North America implementation of communications plans
  • Monitor and measure success using tools and resources available, and deliver goals and KPI’s on a timely basis
  • Act as a PUMA representative at events
  • Assist in management of PR budget

  • Proven track record in marketing within consumer or lifestyle brands or agencies, with a strong passion for sport—especially golf—and a deep understanding of lifestyle and culture.

Your Mission

The Graphic Designer, Run Train apparel position will be responsible for meeting seasonal design objectives within the parameters of the PUMA International timeline. The candidate will design graphics by combining influences of sport, fashion and lifestyle to bring unique products to market. Duties include designing seasonal fashion/performance driven graphics and address fast paced design requests for graphic design detailing: color and technique selection, presentation preparation, market research, and logistical support.  

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Running-Training Graphic team to support and conceptualize new graphic design concepts that address the performance consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline. Tasks include:

  • Assist in curation and prep for seasonal graphics presentations.

  • Manage production files and artwork uploads to the Graphics data system.

  • Work with design team to create and maintain graphic specification sheets.

  • Prepare & participate in graphic design handovers with cross functional graphic team members.

  • Assist with Graphic CAD’s and cross seasonal CAD edits and revisions.

  • Assist with mocking up 3D renderings of graphic and silhouettes for reviews.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $64,350.00 - $82,900 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate).

  • Create omnichannel consumer lifecycle journeys in partnership with other Retention team stakeholders and define email automation touchpoints, business rules, and content
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign process from ideation and calendar planning to creative briefing, segmentation, QA, deployment, CRM agency collaboration, and reporting
  • Sync with launch, merchandising, retail, and promotional calendars to support priority initiatives in parallel with other Retention and Performance Marketing channels
  • Elevate the email channel through storytelling by collaborating with internal partners to identify key brand moments and activations to highlight
  • Implement new CRM technologies and innovations to personalize and segment communications
  • Develop and implement iterative testing plans, focusing on segmentation, messaging, frequency, and personalization, to optimize campaigns to improve channel KPIs

  • Collaborate with site and other channel owners to prioritize and execute omnichannel CRM tests
  • Lead acquisition initiatives by partnering with site/app partners to drive email opt-ins and optimize sign-up journeys and touchpoints
  • Analyze performance metrics and leverage business insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimizations and to drive engagement and efficiency

Your Talent

  • Solid experience leading affiliate marketing on a global scale, ideally in retail, lifestyle, or sports — and a strong track record of driving real growth

  • Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g. AWIN, CJ, Rakuten), tracking tools, feed management tools (i.e. Feedonomics) and optimization levers in a complex, multi-region setup

  • A strategic mind with strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into action and make smart decisions quickly

  • Strong relationship-building skills — you know how to work with senior leaders and external partners to get buy-in and drive results

  • A collaborative, hands-on approach; you are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and know how to get things done across teams and time zones.

Your Mission

As our Senior Manager for Global Affiliate Marketing, you will take full ownership of the channel’s global growth. You will shape the vision, set the roadmap, and bring together regional and global teams to make affiliate marketing a key revenue driver for the business. You will work closely with senior leaders, tech partners, and regional teams to build something scalable, forward-thinking, and impactful. You won’t just manage what exists — you will question what’s possible, test bold ideas, and set new benchmarks.

  • Develop and lead the global affiliate marketing strategy and roadmap — ensuring it supports our broader business goals and delivers sustainable growth

  • Build strong, high-value relationships with affiliate networks and top partners, making sure we are always aligned on what matters most

  • Challenge the current setup, spot quick wins, and uncover new opportunities through data, insights, and a healthy dose of curiosity

  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make sure affiliate marketing is tightly integrated into our global marketing and growth plans

  • Keep an eye on what’s next — from trends to tech — and use it to fuel smart innovation and a test-and-learn mindset across the channel.
