Your Talent

  • 5+ years in an outside sales role, soccer and/or sports industry preferred.
  • College degree preferred; former soccer player at college and/or professional level is preferred.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must have comprehensive, current, experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of soccer footwear, equipment (balls, guards, GK gloves) and apparel.

Your Mission

  • Travel extensively throughout designated territory calling on all assigned soccer specialty accounts, weekends sometimes required for key events.
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the business.
  • Manage all aspects of the business for wholesale account list including, but not limited to:
    • Sell in process – product presentations and product trainings
    • Business planning, order entry and all operational tasks.
    • Order book management
    • Shop merchandising and sell through planning
  • Achieve annual sales volume targets for given territory and key accounts. 
  • Achieve annual channel distribution targets for given territory.
  • Provide Sales Director with weekly account updates and sales tracking to both prebook and annual quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop, Grow and manage the team uniform business throughout the territory by directly selling to youth soccer clubs, schools and any other group needing soccer uniforms.
  • Working in conjunction with the soccer specialty partner
  • Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales within the market.
  • Proactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review all open orders and ensure product is shipping.

Your Mission

  • Develop all components and assembled clubs in a timely matter, validate and approve all product from sample phase all the way to production release of finished golf club and club components.
  • Responsible for various aspects of product development from Beta phase to mass production to ensure products are ready to be commercialized.
  • Knowledge of golf club manufacturing methods.  Ability to take on all key manufacturing processes to maximize output and minimize bottleneck.

Your Talent

  • One to two years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, (previous work in a commission based position preferable), demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. This role involves frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, maintaining balance while walking, occasional kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending/stooping at waist/torso and sitting to assist customers, pushing/pulling equipment such as shelving bays, dollies, carts, and racks with up to 20 pounds of force as well as lifting/carrying/placing boxes of product up to 30 pounds in weight at heights up to 131 inches while using a ladder.
  • The role requires using ladder/step stool equipment, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the sales and stock area are also required. Environmental factors of action include operation of foot controls for operating mobile stock shelving bays and exposure to working at heights.
  • Use of the following senses are critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception and field of vision.
  • Cognitive factors critical to this function are: reading comprehension, basic math calculations, writing, complex problem solving and basic computer work.

The base pay for this position is $19.25-21.00-+ Bonus + Benefits

Your Mission

  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.
  • Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Spends 90% of their working time on the sales floor engaging with consumers, selling, and coaching employees.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Associates.
  • Accountable for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers.
  • Manage and monitor Loss Prevention education and awareness programs.
  • Directly responsible for Loss Prevention and Operational compliance within store.
  • Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals
  • Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and / or the Assistant Store Manager.
  • Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required.
  • Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable. Also, responsible for processing employee transactions while adhering to the Associate Discount Policy & Procedure.
  • Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  • Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers.
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

  • Prepare and administer timely and accurate performance recognition, coaching conversations as well as the annual Talent Management process,
  • Responsible for Loss Prevention education and awareness programs,
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,
  • Attend off-site training and position related meetings as required; travel may be required,
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
