Your mission

PUMA is one of the fastest growing and most exciting running brands in the world and we are looking to expand the Run CATS program in North America.   This team of Tech Reps is responsible for driving our running programming at a hyper-local level.  We are looking for fast-paced individuals who have a passion for PUMA, running and life. Someone who can bring their knowledge of running to key PUMA accounts & partners in order to best educate on new product launches, motivate staff to drive sales, facilitate in-store events as well as plan and organize community running events.  The Run CATS will be seen as the key point people at the regional level and will be the eyes & ears for the brand in their respective territories.

  • Own your territory (DC, Virginia, Maryland) to help drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods
  • Build strong relationships with your accounts and work closely with them to grow the brand by understanding their business and what is important to them and their customers
  • Be an expert in all things PUMA running—product & marketing
  • Utilization of sales data to look for areas of brand growth
  • Educate retail partners and consumers on PUMA technology: Responsible for training store associates on all product details, features & benefits 
  • Develop creative ways to engage with and motivate our partners to keep PUMA Running front of mind
  • Create and execute new and exciting running events in person and virtually to help increase sales and brand awareness in key territories
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, merchandising and footwear and apparel product teams within PUMA to streamline communications & planning 
  • Represent PUMA at marketing events such as expos & races at both the local and national level
  • Complete weekly & monthly reports to track both your progress, PUMA’s growth, and report back from the field with consumer feedback

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years Retail, sales, event, marketing, or customer service experience preferred 
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking & interpersonal skills both in person and virtually 
  • Running retail experience preferred
  • Knowledge and passion for running, products, and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurial & self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Your mission

The role will contribute to creating designs and support the Running/Training/Studio apparel design team. Designing apparel concepts and products that meet Puma’s global performance brand and quality standards.

  • Work closely with the apparel design team, product development, and PLM team to develop four seasonal and carryover apparel ranges per year.

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of artwork pages, CADS, and tech packages based on design time and action calendar.

  • Partner with Developers and World Cat sourcing offices to implement a clear understanding of product design, fit, and function.  Develop thorough understanding of the capabilities, flexibility, and limitations of source base.   

  • Create and execute apparel products that meet cost and margin and brief requirements. 

  • Drive desirability, innovation, and inspiration to create the next ICON products.

  • Ensure that all products follow Puma international design, brand, and quality standards.

  • Partner with Running Footwear team to assure seasonal color, trend, performance, and graphic alignment.

  • Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, and price studies, and most importantly trend research.

  • Be accountable for the organization and preparation of key meeting tools.

  • Ensure aligned apparel and graphic design concept and product presentations in front of small and large groups.

  • Strong presenter in person and via video.

  • Ability to professionally have productive discussions during product feedback sessions.

  • Communicates and participates professionally and effectively within a cross functional team.

  • Approximate Travel Required when applicable:  10-15%

Your talent

  • BS/BA or BFA degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years as an Apparel Designer, Apprentice or Assistant, preferably for a performance apparel company.
  • Knowledge of the Sports performance and/or Sport lifestyle market (Competition, Distribution, Price, Product, Consumer, Retail environment)
  • Strong line merchandising abilities / building well rounded and balanced collections. 
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)

Your mission

  • Own Payroll and Benefits system configuration within the current Workday environment, including pay groups, earnings and deductions, eligibility rules, business processes, condition rules, pay calendars, and benefit plans
  • Manage annual Open Enrollment system setup and support for the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, including configuration updates, testing, eligibility rules, rate tables, and carrier integration support
  • Act as the primary systems partner for Payroll and Benefits teams, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and translating operational requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Support and maintain payroll-related integrations, including carrier feeds, EIBs, vendor connections, and downstream data validation processes
  • Lead testing activities for releases, payroll changes, benefits updates, and ongoing enhancements, including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation
  • Build and maintain HR system reports, calculated fields, and operational reporting solutions supporting Payroll, Benefits, HR, and compliance processes
  • Support payroll-related timekeeping processes and partner on troubleshooting data flow and integration issues between systems
  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, testing records, and process guides to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing
  • Partner closely with Payroll, Benefits, HR, Finance, and colleagues across the global HR Technology team on projects, enhancements, audits, and process improvements

Your talent

  • 4–6 years of hands-on Workday experience with strong focus on Payroll and/or Benefits systems configuration
  • Strong configuration experience within enterprise HR/payroll systems, ideally including Workday Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience supporting payroll-related business processes, integrations, eligibility rules, deductions, pay calendars, and operational system workflows
  • Understanding of US multi-state payroll operations and compliance requirements; Canada experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting HR/payroll integrations, EIBs, vendor feeds, or related system interfaces
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify issues, validate fixes, and manage priorities independently
  • Structured approach to documentation, process management, and operational support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a lean, global team environment with high ownership and autonomy
