Your Talent

  • 5 years above of relevant wholesale experience in sports brand. A passion for and an understanding of SPORTS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications. Ability to budget and forecast.
  • Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and a talent for building relationships of influence with external partners.
  • Good analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Your Mission

  • To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth within KA onlline with Puma China Strategy and Market Principles.Responsible for KA all online business related KPI, includes but not limited to Sell in (net sales), ST, retail KPIs (comp growth and etc), inventory level, POS numbers, OTB Planning, negotiation and SBP (Strategic Biz Plan) preparation.
  • To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action point. constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities for KA online.
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers performances.
  • Work with cross functional teams to provide the strong supports to key account aligned with business growth targets.Co-work with Buying &SOP team to provide range feedback based on KA online business reality.
  • Develop, implement and monitor annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to achieve overall company sales, gross profit and inventory targets. Track and report performance, achievements and develop action plans to close the gap in case of shortfalls. Monitor inventory level and implement disposal and clearance programs when necessary.
  • Ensure constructive cooperation with customers through excellent account management. Recommend credit extension/contraction and deposit amendments based on Puma’s credit policies .Maximize Customer PO fulfillment rate and deliver merchandise to customers on time to hit set launch dates in store.Provide good customer and after sales service.
  • Drive the regional Go-to-market process from a Sales perspective together with the Head of Sales, KA online. Work hand in hand with the regional functional leaders in Product Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail for online biz.
  • Manage KA or regional online territory penetration and channel development according to company strategy and market principles. Develop online store expansion plans as well as map (allocate) and review the gap. Maintain distribution policy and grading integrity to facilitate consumer access to the Puma brand within all desirable and relevant distribution channels.
  • As a role model for preparing and staging effective and impactful presentations in one to one and larger group situations. e.g.: National Sales Meeting, KA Preline Presentations, Monthly Sales Meetings, Presentations in front of YY online part, etc.
