Your Talent

・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Professional: 3-5+ years in Trade / In-store / Retail marketing experience
・Marketing planning & implementation both on-line and off-line
・Timeline management
・Budget management skills
・Creative direction
・Agency and production management skills
・Knowledge of PR, media, digital media & influencer marketing
・Sales promotion planning & implementation.
・Extensive knowledge and experience of retail/account/trade/in-store marketing
・High level of communications skills in Japanese
・Business level English preferred

Your Mission

Responsible for Trade Marketing / In-store marketing planning and implementation. Plan, execute and monitor Trade Marketing / In-store marketing activities within the country to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders.
・Lead and support trade marketing planning and implementation for key strategic account.
・Implement seasonal Local Marketing initiatives within the country
・Implement commercial communications strategy for sell-in and sell-through
Task1: Implement commercial communications plans aligned with Sales to optimize brand exposure to trade. Maintain budget efficiency whilst focus on supporting key accounts.
Task2: Analyze, assess the process for delivering effective sell in and sell through Trade / in-store marketing strategies in alignment with Local Brand Marketing strategy.
Task 3: Oversee production and delivery of wholesale in-store communication tools with third party agency and vendor management.

トレードマーケティング / インストアマーケティングのプランニングと実施を担当。主要ステークホルダーと協力し、ブランドおよび商業目標を達成するため、国内におけるトレードマーケティング活動を計画及び実行する。
・戦略的アカウントに対するトレード / インストアマーケティングのプランニングと戦略的な実施をリードし、サポートする。
タスク1:営業部門と連携したコマーシャル・コミュニケーション・プランを実施し、取引先へのブランド露出を最適化する。 予算効率を維持しながら、戦略的アカウントのサポートに注力する。
タスク2: 日本のブランドマーケティング戦略に沿った、効果的なセルイン・セルスルーを実現するトレード / インストアマーケティング戦略を提供するためのプロセスを分析、評価する。
タスク3: サードパーティの代理店およびベンダーのマネジメントを通して、卸売の店頭コミュニケーション・ツールの制作と納品を監督する。
