Your Talent

  • 7+ years project management or account management experience within a creative agency or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Drives and expects high standards for work output and behavior of self and others; accountable, assertive, and dependable
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and presentation skills – can quickly deliver key projects highlights effectively across multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans with a proactive approach and a drive for results
  • Strong management skills and the ability to drive multiple complex projects forward simultaneously
  • Experience managing creative workflows of multidisciplinary campaigns (experience in design and/or production is a plus)
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization
  • Comfortable working with high-level executives and external partners
  • Experience in FMCG, Sports Industry or Marketing / Creative Agency is a plus
  • This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.

Your Mission

  • Lead and execute Creative Services strategic projects
  • Work closely with Senior Creative Services Leadership team, external agency partners, and key project stakeholders
  • Drive strategic creative projects with leadership oversight by setting and leading all critical milestones from initial project conception through final project roll out
  • Facilitate consistent and clear communication of project milestones. Ensure full project status transparency throughout project stages and effectively communicate project status and next steps
  • Lead and facilitate internal meetings and discussions to foster collaboration across teams as well as accomplish key project tasks
  • Provide regular updates to Creative Services leadership to ensure projects are on track and problems are solved efficiently
  • Provide recommendations with leadership oversight for course correction of planned project flow as needed, based on changes to business needs
  • Compile regular presentations and status updates in conjunction with Creative Services leadership
  • Ensure best practice creative project management workflows and processes are being adhered to
  • Oversee multiple channels of work simultaneously, using the organization’s workflow tools
  • Create and maintains project-reporting documents on an on-going basis.
