Your Talent

  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships within the sports industry, with a focus on Football Associations or similar sports or entertainment entities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Football Associations, players, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills to effectively manage contractual obligations, product supply, and operational processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and represent PUMA's interests professionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience in managing challenges and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Flexible attitude towards travel, with the ability to travel approximately 6-8 weeks per year, including during continental competitions and World Cups, to provide on-ground support to Football Associations and manage potential issues and conflicts
  • This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.

Your Mission

As the Manager of Sports Marketing for Teamsport your primary objective is to oversee the partnership with prominent Football Associations. Working closely with the wider Sports Marketing Teamsport Team members you will serve as the central partner management function, ensuring alignment with PUMA's overarching brand objectives.

  • Manage all aspects of the partnership with sponsored Football Associations, including daily relationship management, servicing of associated teams, nternal and external partnership management.
  • Coordinate the supply of products and services to all teams, ranging from A teams to Academy and youth teams, as well as officials and staff within the Football Associations.
  • Oversee the order process of products, including order placement, tracking, forecasting, and delivery, while continuously improving the overall process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Football Associations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on business matters, product approvals, and marketing plans to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows and suggest consistent improvements within the area of responsibility to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the development, execution, and monitoring of relevant actions to maximize commercial and media usage of contractual rights. Additionally, assist in scouting new talented players and approaching promising players from various Football Federations.
  • Provide on-ground support to Football Associations during continental competitions such as EURO or Afrika Cups and World Cups, managing potential challenges while maintaining a balanced relationship.
