Your Talent

  • Bachelor or Master´s degree in one of more of the following areas: design/ interior design/ product design/ architecture

  • 3+ years of experience in retail design/ architecture, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry

  • Strong presentation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from different cultures and countries around the world

  • Proactive approach to work and high degree of self-responsibility in a faced paced environment

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Office applications and 3D Modelling software like Sketchup

  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and apply innovative solutions to enhance retail experiences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Other language skills are a plus.

This opportunity will be available in full-time or part-time.

Your Mission

  • Manage multiple Retail Environment related project initiatives and workstreams, focusing on the development and coordination of retail design, concept implementation, space planning, and procurement activities while monitoring related project budgets and timelines

  • Drive industry-leading innovations in retail design

  • Build business cases and studies for capital investment opportunities to realize concept proposals, with a focus on commercial and brand-right consumer experiences

  • Coordinate 3rd party consultants such as architects, engineers, creative agencies, general contractors, and concept component suppliers

  • Provide detailed guidance and support to local store development teams during key project phases by coordinating and facilitating meetings with project stakeholders, 3rd party consultants, and suppliers

  • Assist the Global Retail Environments Team in translating existing and new store concepts to special executions.
