Your Talent
- Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic Design, Art/Design, Fine Art, or related
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in design involving consumer products
- Graphic design experience required
- Graphic knowledge/ apparel product knowledge
- Excellent technical and aesthetic understanding as well as trend relevant detailing
- Experience in a leading position desirable
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- International experience is an advantage
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Your Mission
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative apparel graphics incorporating the visual language of Puma and Motorsport partners
- Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative graphic design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives
- Create and execution of innovative apparel graphics aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals within business targets
- Contribute to the quality of product' design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
- Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
- Identify opportunities for design support in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer intimacy
- Be a global leader in design trends, innovation, and advanced printing techniques
- Mentor and guide interns and junior graphic designers in the team
- Creation of accurate tech packs, working closely with developers to ensure proper execution of prints
- Establish and maintain relationships with leadership, cross-functional, external partners and assets.
