Your Talent
- Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Fashion Design or similar education
- 3+ years of work experience in design in the sports/lifestyle industry
- Strong knowledge of Sport Lifestyle industry, fabrics and new industry technologies
- Relevant experience in the apparel Sport/-Lifestyle area
- Design talent and excellent feeling for color, graphics and creativity
- Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics, and new industry technologies
- Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools (Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher or similar 3D fashion design tools)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Teamplayer mentality

Your Mission
- Support the Senior Designer/Teamhead/CreativeDirector in the execution of innovative product design development aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals
- Integrate product and technical developments into product design
- Contribute to the quality of products' design content to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
- Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
- Under the direction of Creative Director, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively
- Launch innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies
- Identify functionality requirements and ensure accurate use of information technology systems to gain competitive advantage
- Identify opportunities for design support to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer intimacy
- Ensure that design activities leverage learning across the PUMA organization
- Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA’s intellectual property
- Delivery of projects in line with PUMA development calendar.
