Your Talent

  • Degree in law or a related field. (Possibility to make an University Agreement)

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Spanish/English legal language it’s a must. Italian it’s a plus.

Your Mission

PUMA Iberia is looking for a full time Legal & Compliance Intern for our HQ located in Cornellà de Llobregat, in order to help us to ensure that PUMA adheres to the law. 

YOUR MISSION:

Compliance

Support the Compliance Manager and the LCO of Italy and Spain in order to keep up with all the Compliance activities:

  • Implement and adapt group policies.

  • Make the reports and apply controls requested by the Group.

  • Create awareness/training measures of group policies.

  • make risk assessment of the company's activity and monitor risk/control within the company.

  • Keep abreast of changing compliance regulations in order to be up to date.

Archive/Documentation

  • Keep track of all the legal documentation that the company has.

  • Archive all the legal documentation.

Support Contracts revision

  • Analysis of different legal text signed with third parties: commercial agreements, distribution agreements, intercompany agreements, sponsorship agreements, supply agreements...

  • Collaboration with external lawyer and auditor in all the legal matters (IP matters, litigations, etc).

GDPR

  • Support the Legal counsel and the company DPO to work on GDPR monitoring and adapting the company process in order to comply with the GDPR & the applicable law.
