Your Talent

  • University Degree in related fields,
  • At least 3 years of experience in performance sports,
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Extensive sport style industry knowledge,
  • Good understanding of sport style consumers,
  • Proactive; ability to make decisions without significant management oversight,
  • Results driven, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,

Your Mission

  • Responsible for establishing strong relationship with clubs and stores and teamsport customers, understanding their business needs, driving growth and Brand visibility.  
  • Execute all operational activities with the partner club/federation/customers, once the sponsorship deal is initiated.
  • Handle all brand related commercial operations of the partner clubs/federations/ customers.
  • Daily relationship management with the partners (club, federation or customers)  including but not limited to: payment follow up, returns, product shipments, adhoc requests, etc.
  • Conducting special initiatives related to team sports.
  • Ensuring the order management and logistic operations are implemented efficiently, by coordinating the partners and internal stakeholders; taking preventive actions for smooth operations.
  • Working inventively to brainstorm new thoughts in the market to progress the brand forward while maintaining the various attributes of products.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor campaigns/activities.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Travel throughout the territory executing the PUMA Soccer Brand strategy with specific focus on Team uniform business.
  • Develop a retention plan for existing Club and Team partnerships.
  • Provide Sales tracking and consistent sales updates.
  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.
