Tertiary qualifications in Finance / Accounting / Business and CA/CPA qualifications
Industry: Retail, FMCG (Advantage)
SAP Exposure (Advantage)

Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Exposure to BI Tools
5+ years of experience in FP&A / Management Accounting / Business Partnering

We have a great opportunity for a Financial Planning Analyst to join the team!
In the role of Financial Planning Analyst, you will support the Teamhead Financial Planning, and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between financial data and business strategy.
You will collaborate closely with business managers, providing real-time support and financial insights to drive timely, accurate and informed decision-making to help shape the financial direction of the business and contribute to its overall success.
Responsible for the commercial and financial planning & analysis for the Oceania region across both Retail and Wholesale sales channels, specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Strategic business planning - short and long-term - including annual operational planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business case proposals and other analysis that helps drive the performance of the business.
Providing leadership support, direction and technical expertise in all aspects of commercial management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements and help ensure performance targets are achieved.
Identifying key areas for process improvements and efficiencies, establishing best practice processes and standardised, automated ways of working.
