Your Talent
- Associates Degree, Trade School or equivalent
- At least 2 Years of experience in general maintenance and mailroom functions
- Basic knowledge of building operations, tools and basic repairs
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Must be onsite daily to perform tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. required
- Experience in mailroom operations
This role is onsite Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Your Mission
Central Services
- Respond to facilities requests promptly using the work order system; ensure work orders are accurately inputted, scheduled, closed, and tracked with communication to the requestor. Submit work orders on completed tasks that weren’t validated through the standard process
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the building
- Ensure office space on all floors is organized, tidy and clean
- Support department and company-wide events, meetings, and trainings with set up, take down and furniture coordination.
Mailroom Assistance
- Ship and receive domestic and international packages, via FedEx or other common carriers during peak times in the mailroom
- Sort, process and deliver all incoming packages and USPS mail to employees/mail stops
- Assist in maintaining shipping and receiving logs
