Your Talent

1. 5-8 years marketing experience for an international multi category brand.
2. Previous management experience.
3. Fluent in business English.

Your Mission

This role is to lead, plan, execute and monitor all lifestyle marketing strategies/activities within the country to achieve brand desirability and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. This includes:

• Implement seasonal Marketing initiatives. Develop local initiatives to address local campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives.
• Connect and promote to key opinion leaders.
• Fully responsible for respective categories/BUs, including planning, campaign initiation, assets management, media relation, ambassadors/celebrity/KOL management, activations, and reporting. BUs: Sportstyle Prime, Sporstyle Core, SELECT, and KIDS.

Task 1:30%
Develop and implement lifestyle marketing strategy and plans to budget to drive brand heat. Identify key product styles along with PR, Merchandising and Sales. Create and implement lifestyle brand events.

Task 2:30%
Develop content strategy and manage implementation of content on all channels according to Global guidelines. Ensure high quality content by maintain brand voice through tone and manner and adhering to video and photo capture standards.

Task 3:30%
Identify and leverage opportunities in music and film entertainment endorsement, celebrity product placement, music collaborations including events and licensing opportunities, film collaborations including licensing opportunities, TV collaborations and endorsements and Brand Events.

Task 4:10%
Lifestyle categories A&P budget control and management.
