We are seeking a dynamic leader who thrives on strategy and execution, with a passion for fostering growth and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee all business activities for the Commercial Channel, managing strategic accounts while aligning channel goals with brand priorities.
Seasonal Planning: Lead the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process), ensuring account segmentation and assortment planning align with PUMA's initiatives.
Team Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence by supporting Key Account Team learning and development, achieving sell-in and sell-thru targets, and monitoring performance metrics.
Collaboration: Partner with leadership to develop trade terms and sales strategies tailored to each account.
Performance Analysis: Continuously improve through tracking and reporting on KPIs, category performance, and brand knowledge.
Your Experience
Education:
University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with a focus on sales, retail, or marketing.Professional Experience:
Functional: 10+ years in Sales, Retail, or Management.
Industry: Sport or Fashion industry experience;
Leadership: 2+ years of management experience.
