Eligibility Criteria and Key Qualifications

  • +2 years Consulting experience with a Consulting/Software Company
  • Workday HCM hands-on configuration experience, preferably 2 years.
  • Knowledge of Core HCM concepts like business processes, organizations, security, reporting, etc.
  • Experience with support of various modules like Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Reporting, and Recruitment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
  • Strong Analytical Skills -  eg. ability to transform complex requirements in simple flow chart diagrams. 
  • Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on any challenge.
  • Ability to design as well as configure the requirements without external help.
  • Strong Team Player.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, fluent English is a pre-requisite.

Your Mission

Key Objectives:

  • Provides support to HRIS Teamhead in WORKDAY related and other global HR related projects. 
  • Providing resolution to daily issues raised by countries in timely manner & develop self-service solutions for users, following our standard ticketing model.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of Workday, dedicatedly formulating ideas, and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Support bi-yearly Workday releases with the business users.
  • Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support on various Workday Projects and Functionalities Deployment.
  • Process mass uploads (EIB) to maintain PUMA P&O data and assist PUMA Global HR in maintaining a high data accuracy.
