Your Talent
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a multinational logistics or supply chain role.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English (profound Business English skills required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for root cause analysis and performance improvement.
- Experience as an escalation point for logistics issues and guiding teams.
- Proven ability to manage processes, policies, and projects.
- Fast process understanding with a strong business sense
- Skilled in developing KPIs, dashboards, and conducting reviews.
- Change Management mentality with a proactive and innovative mindset for process improvements.
- Team player with a “can do” attitude and strong business sense
Your Mission
- Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
- Create new ideas, processes or policies, including explore / implement proposals for process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
- Central regional contact for supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding container space allocation
- Escalation point on container space bottleneck, including guidance of sales subs, origin logistics and LSP
- Supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues, including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
- Analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance (of container space allocation accuracy, etc.)
- Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners, Sales subs and LSPs
- Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
- Create the container space allocation dashboard, review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
- Monthly KPI review with LSPs/ Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance
