Your Talent

  • University degree
  • Printing, Packaging, Business Administration, Industrial system engineering background is preferred
  • Familiar with printing product, good in excel data treatment. Confident in negotiation
  • Good at English & Vietnamese communication
  • Good at MS Office
  • Proactive, positive, detail oriented, fast learning

Your Mission

  • A subject matter expert who is responsible for order fulfillment, variable data accuracy, labeling compliance and new product development in conjunction with the Labelling strategy throughout the Puma Supply Chain. He/She drives changes and finds cost effective Labelling options. This covers the international and customer specific guidelines.
  • Scope: Data accuracy improvements, reduction in manual workload, reduction in labels shipped by customers, reduction in label costs  
  • Optimization of labeling solutions. Ensure sufficient supply at each production origin. Lead new labeling developments. Work with OM team to provide better forecasting to L&P suppliers
  • Drive increased data automation through the AD (and any other new suppliers) ordering portal. Train and support vendors, Sourcing and Ops team on labelling (using the L&P manual).
  • Validate labelling claims. Gatekeeper of best practice/process
  • Determine the specification (dimension, quality) and application instruction
  • Align with HQ on the Design (on corporate and legal aspect)
  • Update L&P manuals & communicate changes. IT integration
  • Structural operational follow up of the dispatch of customer specific labels
  • Structural vendor monitoring of security label orders. Issue resolution management: delivery delays etc.
