Your Talent
Bachelor degree Supply Chain, Logistics, or business management
Similar position of Supply Chain in multinational companies is preferred
Good English skill, familiar with MS office, PBI etc
Customer service mindset, good planning, communication & problem solving skills
Data processing and analysis skills is preferred.
Your Mission
- Daily System Operation
- Track & update handover dates
- Manage supplier performance in system
- Milestone monitor in the system
- Shipment mode change base on destination’s requirement
- Payment process follow up:
- logistics & packing labelling cost validation.
- Invoice trigger on time
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with sales subs
- Collaborate with vendors
- Collaborate with logistics service provider
- Collaborate with production team & packing labelling team
- Claim Handling:
- Validate claim from customers with vendors & logistics service provider
- Travel: regular visit to CFS/factory to understand issues on the ground
