Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:
- MBA/B.Tech from reputed institute with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Analytical and Numerical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance
- Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business
Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- The resource will be responsible for planning of distribution and export channel
- Responsible for end-to-end planning of distribution & export channel .
- Prepare business plan for the channel, set net sale and GP targets for BU, FCs in collaboration with sales team
- Provide OTB based on sales plan, ensure adequate inventory is planned for sale and avoid understocking/overstocking in the channel
- Track season execution at customer level and highlight distributors with low pre-order execution so that sales team can take corrective actions
- Review customer level inventory and stock blocks in order to improve efficiency of stock offering thereby improving net sales & execution%
- Work together with sales and buying in placing the optimal value as buffers (non pre orders) to secure the net sale target while ensuring salability
- Identify pockets of non-movers and slow movers and release to other channels with an aim to improve company sales
- Maintain and circulate reports on stock requirement, supply phasing, execution%, billing and returns
- Analyze PO vs execution, and effect next year purchase based on the insights
