Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting or Commerce.
Professional: Minimum of 3 years logistics especially inbound and outbound
IT Skills: MS Office (Excel knowledge is a must), Power BI
Language Skills : English (Business Level); Local Language (Business Level)
Your Mission
This role involves managing all shipping documents for timely clearance, coordinating logistics, handling inbound and return shipments accurately, resolving discrepancies, booking transportation efficiently, monitoring stock, assisting with reporting, and managing non-merchandise orders while ensuring all inbound issues are thoroughly documented.
Logistics & Shipping
Manage all shipping documents to be ready prior to vessel arrival at LKB port (no clearance delay)
Coordinate with the Logistic for shipment arrival at WH
Book transportation for re-route & return from stores & outlets on time, accuracy and minimizing the transportation expense
Inventory Management
Handle Inbound TO of new shipment and the return on time and accuracy
Monitor the damaged stock mixed with the good stock for the returns from across channel
Monitor /Order-Non-Merchandise (Shoe Box /Carton/ Plastic bag)
Quality Control & Discrepancy Resolution
Receive the GR report & the discrepancy report from LF within 3 working days (or agreed lead-time in case of big volume) after shipment arrival at DC
Submit the discrepancy report within 5 working days after shipment arrival at DC (except big volume) and receiving the INV & CN within 5 working days after discrepancy report submission
Close the Inbound discrepancy case within 3 working days
Administrative & Reporting
Handle marketing seeding orders with Marketing to issue DN to LF for ordering process
Recheck document from Customs Broker billing and send to do Payment
Assist all report that requited from Manager
Handle recording the inbound issue with completely and fully record
