Your Talent
6-8 years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO for a global brand
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic and rankings
Extensive experience managing large-scale CMS and backend replatform projects
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, particularly Google’s requirements
Strong understanding of international SEO, including hreflang implementation and localisation strategies
Proficient in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, and design
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Your Mission
Global Technical Strategy: Develop and implement a robust global technical SEO strategy to improve site performance and search visibility across markets
CMS and Backend Replatforms: Partner with engineering teams to guide CMS, site merch, and backend replatform projects, ensuring SEO best practices are embedded from inception
Site Health and Audits: Conduct regular audits to assess site health, including crawlability, indexation, and error management, with a focus on reducing 404 errors and enhancing user experience
Technical Challenges: Solve complex technical challenges, implementing scalable solutions for issues such as canonicalisation, JavaScript rendering, and structured data implementation
Site Architecture and Optimisation: Design and optimise site architecture to improve crawl efficiency, prioritise high-value pages, and align with search engine requirements.
