Your Talent

Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Agile project management tools and software
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
  • This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.

Your Mission

Key Objectives

  • Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by identifying and removing any roadblocks that may hinder team progress
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging team members to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver quality software solutions
  • Monitor and track project metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and project forecasting
  • Serve as a change agent, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies and best practices across the organization
