Your Talent

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or equivalent studied.

Professional: Functional - Min 1 year of relevant experience in office administration or retail administration support
Industry - Sports or lifestyle business background is a plus.

IT Skills: Basic computer skills in MS Word, Powerpoint and e-mail (Lotus Notes or similar)


Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Your Mission

To ensure SEA DTC’s PGR processes as per SOPs, coordinate between SEA DTC front-end & back-end personnels on problem solving, communicate closely with cross country (SEA) stakeholders 

Task 1:

  • Fully take charge of SEA DTC’s PGR (Post Goods Receipts) processes, ensure consistency & integrity PGR complete without error, work closely with Retail Planning & Inventory Control, SAP Analyst personnels for smoother PGR processes
  • Communicate with SEA DTC front-end (Store team), Retail/ Ecom merchandising, Logistic, 3PL warehouse team to troubleshoot errors & resolve as per instructions.
  • Update & provide PGR processes & results to Retail Ops, Retail Planning, Retail/ Ecom merchandising, Logistic, Inventory team in order to reduce gaps in communication & efficiency.

Task 2:

  • Compile retail store documents & submissions of reports on timelines provided from Retail Ops, cross check & store/ save in proper manner.
  • Assist Retail Ops to track store performances, incentives schemes, tactical targets results & support Retail Ops to monitor further to reach sales & KPIs expectations.
  • Generate promotion performances from Prism for submissions to Retail Ops, Retail Merchandising, Retail Planning to track/ review results, track Sales Reports from Power Bi to assist Retail Ops for actions, solutions & improvement plans.
  • Ensure sales flow from Prism to PBI on time.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
