Your Mission
We have a fixed term opportunity for a Retail Accountant to join the Finance team, covering a period of maternity leave.
The focus of the role is to assist SAP GL retail related interfaces, ensure accurate and reliable accounting records, and support external and internal reporting relating to the Australian and New Zealand PUMA businesses.
Some key responsibilities include:
Processing tender settlements in SAP
Bank Reconciliations and Tender Clearing Reconciliations for all stores & E-commerce - PRISM/OMS reconciliations to SAP and batch error checking
Processing promo recharges from stores/Ecom
Setting up new stores (EFTPOS machines, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, Merchant Services, Bank accounts etc.)
Administration of retail store leases and documentation (Nakisa) Processing retail store stock takes (SAP and PRISM)
Supporting the Retail Finance Manager with projects
