Your Talent
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent studied in Photoshop, Illustrator and File maker Pro.
IT Skills:
Familiar with print design; Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PPT, Excel, and Word.
Language Skills:
English is essential.
Professional:
Functional: Proven Retail/Trade marketing experience for an international multi categories’ brand; previous budget management responsibilities.
Industry: Sports or fashion industry
Your Mission
WINDOW & INSTORE PRODUCT LAUNCH
- Adapting Window and in store highlights as per SEA Guidelines for all retail and wholesale stores
- Keeping all stake holders informed about timelines and progress.
- Developing instore highlights and collateral inline SEA Guidelines
- Monitor rollout of campaigns as per defined timelines
- Strict adherence to Window guidelines
- Maintaining basic VM hygiene/Quality of the window
DEVELOPING SOP FOR IMPROVING FUNCTIONALITY
- Understanding the scope of improvement and developing process for efficient implementation
- Improvising & creating well-structured process for team to function seamlessly.
- Developing training modules for store teams
NEW STORE OPENING
- Ensure all VM assets are provided to the store on timeline.
- Implementation of VM props prior to opening
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Developing new vendors to reduce timeline, better cost and improve quality.
- Ensure all vendors are following the approved rate card
COST MANAGEMENT/ BUDGET
- Allocating budget under defined budget heads for the year
- Constant monitoring and controlling of budget.
- Measures to develop cost effective solutions.
- Submitting budget update to the stake holders
- Educating country VM teams to analyze expenses and its weightage
AUDIT
- Auditing Stores Digitally and supporting the store teams remotely to maintain the VM standards.
- Store auditing as per checklist as allocated in VM Weekly tracker.
- Ensuring snags are addressed and closed in given timeline.
- Auditing team's performance post every launch for effective feedback
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Developing their team to take responsibility and deliver efficiently.
- Analyzing strengths and weakness of each member and recalibrate responsibilities for overall growth.
- Creating avenues for team to participate in events for self-development.
- Challenging team to take new tasks for learning new skill set.
- Constantly reviewing performance with the aim to support and guide.
- Tracking Sales, bestsellers, and store performance
