Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/business/ statistics preferred with good business acumen.
- At least 3 years of merchandising, merchandising planning, or operations (with E-commerce) experience with a background in sporting goods
- Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external TP/DP preferred
Excel and PPT, Power BI
Written English compulsory; Spoken English preferred
Your Mission
- Inventory Management: Support Omni Buying Planning Team to develop eComm seasonal/yearly OTB and Inventory rolling forecast plan by store;
- Support Omni Buying Team to develop store segmentation/assortment guidance and plan; Develop/consolidate re-order, carry-over, SMU requests with forecast working with store operations team then handover to Omni Buying counterparts;
- Identify the close-out inventory proposal on quarterly/ad-hoc basis; Monitor the stock to sales ratio, sell-thru ratio, fast/slow movers, to conduct inventory reallocation and replenishment plan among eComm stores and other DTC channels to optimize store sales and inventory structure working with Omni Buying Planning Team on monthly, promotional or ad-hoc basis; Propose key promotional product list to eComm Marketing Team and Operation (Logistics) team for S-level promotions;
- Pricing Management: Support to develop MD & GP planning by store by month according to budgeting timeline; Develop selling price planning and implementation in all eCommerce stores on monthly/promotional basis; Monitor store level MD development ensuring budget/forecast MD target are achieved; Optimize overall GP% by
- Analysis and Reporting: Lead operational vendor to develop monthly ST report by store and conduct eComm monthly ST meeting; Prepare monthly eComm ST highlights as inputs to company level monthly ST report; Lead operational vendor to update full year inventory rolling forecast, analyze and discover potential inventory gap according to sales/MD development; Collect and develop industrial, marketplaces, and competitors’ insights on top sellers, price range, trending categories, etc. Develop ad-hoc product related analysis reports.
- Process Management: Ensure marketing campaign/key product launch are implemented on time following GTM calendar; Translate business needs/opportunities from stores to buying requests and manage both way communication between store operation and Omni Buying Team; Build, maintain and keep optimizing collaborative, transparent partnership and effective communication with both internal counterparts including Omni Buying, Store Operation, Finance and external operational vendors;
