- 5+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing and a proven ability in delivering fully integrated campaigns.

- Well-developed problem-solving skills, able to use initiative in ambiguous and pressured situations.

Your Mission
- Define and deliver consumer focused, data driven marketing strategy and activity to support Brand and business growth for the PUMA UKI business.
- Be an inspiring brand guardian with excellent project management and culture marketing efforts and provide strong vision and leadership to advance the Sportstyle business unit locally.
- Lead best-in-class digital first, full funnel campaigns that connect with audiences, and include touchpoints such as Brand, PR, social media, partnerships, talent activation and consumer experience.
- Maintain a curious awareness of consumer trends and youth culture, providing unique and creative solutions using this knowledge, to reach new audiences and build brand love and affinity.
- Hold genuine cultural connections and relationships within global spaces and communities across, fashion, music & entertainment, art.
- Manage Marketing ‘go-to-market’ business updates, including evaluation and analysis of all marketing efforts, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning.
- Work with Team Head Sportstyle Marketing to evolve seasonal strategy and practice, aimed to elevate the brand and drive awareness, engagement, and conversion with target consumers.
- Manage, develop, and empower direct reports.
- Budget planning and management.
