Your Talent
Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications:
- PG from NIFT or other Management/technology from Tier 1 college
- 6-8 years of experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical and merchandising skills
- Knowledge of other analytical tools will be useful
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance
- Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business
- Prior knowledge of Retail/ecommerce industry would be important
- Great communication and stakeholder management
Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- As a Manager – Planning in our Merchandising team, you would be responsible for driving the GTM processes and Data Analysis. You would be working closely with the Sales, Channel Merchandising and Category Merchandising team.
- Calendarization & driving Milestones
- OTB Alignment & Exposure Planning
- Demand Forecasting and Reviews
- Data Preparation and Maintenance
- Sales analysis
- Data Maintenance and Hygiene
- Order reviews
- Order Placement and Tracking
- Inward and Launch Tracking
- Leading Weekly Business Reviews
