Your Talent
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Management or any related discipline
- Understanding on environmental and sustainability topics would be an advantage
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Quick learner and team player with good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Your Mission
- Collect, analyze, validate and clean up supplier, material and product data for traceability use
- Coordinate with external traceability platform service provider and internal teams in arranging meeting and training sessions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Track and monitor supplier traceability performance and progress
- Gather and review data on traceability program execution
- Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks (e.g. schedule meetings, confirm the attendance, take meeting minutes etc)
- Support in preparing project documentations (e.g. communication deck, training material, guidelines etc)
- Maintain detailed and organized record keeping for all project documentation such as PPT, meeting minutes, SOP etc.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery
