Your Talent

2-3 years of experience in a related field is required
1-2 years of training and people development experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
Travel to stores, appropriate meetings and events (approximately up to 50% travel time)
• Previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a retail environment.
• PC Skills: MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software

Your Mission

1.【Plan, organize, and execute Retail Training courses (across 5 Training Pillars) 】:30%
- Selling:BENICE/BEFAST service skills
- Product Knowledge:seasonal new product, basic product knowledge
- Brand:Puma story & Forever.Faster.
- Leadership Skills:Puma University programs
- Functional:operational related program as required


2.【Field Coaching & Post-training Follow-up】:20%
- Face-to-face in-store delivery and provide coaching feedback to O&O store management team on service excellence and spot-check of brand, product knowledge in a global expected regular time basis to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training programs and identify areas of opportunities for development of re-training and /or enhanced training.


3.【Retail Induction & on-boarding monitoring 】:15%  
- Conduct new staff Induction Training and monitor on-boarding process of them throughout required induction period.


4.【Support field operations teams & wholesale sell-out team 】:10%
- work with O&O/partner store management teams to identify training needs and tools necessary and in co-facilitation of company training programs as required by the Assistant Manager of Training for developing the level of store associate skills and knowledge.


5.【 Global E-learning program 】:10%
- ensure e-learning program is translated in local language and utilized in stores and track utilization and effectiveness of the programs.


6.【Mystery Shopper program 】:10%
- Own and maintain the responsibility for local Mystery Shopper program and track compliance within agreed upon timeframes. Work with field team based on results to come out and follow-up plan.


7.【Co-work with global training team 】:5%
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training programs and provide feedback to Assistant Manager of Training.
