Your Talent
- 1-2 years of product allocation experience in Retail industry.
- Team player with solid time management and multi-tasking skill.
- MS applications and knowledge of SAP is a plus
Your Mission
POSITION SUMMARY
(1) Work together with the Country RT Buyer and allocate incoming product to Retail stores.
(2) Execute weekly product consolidation and replenishment
(3) Analyze sales figures, sales performance, turnover rate, and Top 10 & bottom 10 products
(4) Support all the issues including new opening and closed store.
KEY TASK DESCRIPTION
Task 1: Product Allocation 35%
(1) Allocate product to stores according to merchandisers’ product level and store level.
(2) Provide monthly allocation qty forecast to Operation team.
(3) Ensure all product allocation is done correctly and with sufficient new product for business and 360 display.
Task 2: Product Consolidation and Replanishment 30%
(1) Ensure timely and efficient movement of stock between stores/channels/warehouse.
(2) With efficient weekly stock transfer/consolidation and maintain individual shop inventory in an average level.
(3) Product consolidation for special case and needs.
Task 3: Product Reservation Planning and Arrangement 35%
(1) New open store product arrangement.
(2) Special sale product arrangement.
