Experience:
Understand the fundamentals of Brand Adoption, Consumer/market insights, Integrating 360 Marketing. Experience in Communication, Social media 101, PR and Brand activation.
Most importantly a Passionate & Enthusiast RUNNER who are up to date with Indonesia running landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Indonesia & English).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., social media, SEO, email marketing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experiences in Fashion/Sport retail, Brand/Marcomm Agencies
Familiar with Indonesia Football & Basketball sport scenes.
Your Mission
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative experienced people to join our marketing team as an Executive Marketing (Contract Based). This individual will be dedicated to PERFORMANCE Business Unit (Sports Marketing) with key focus on Road Running. He/she responsible in ensuring good & well thought marketing practices from understanding the business challenges & Consumer/market Insights then translating it to Brand/Marketing Strategy and execution across 360 channels with clear measurable KPI. To lead, manage, and collaborate with Internal stakeholders and variety of external stakeholders (KOL, Media, Agencies, Athletes, Commercial Partners).
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, KOLs).
Content Creation: Help develop engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports to inform future strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to marketing projects, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
