Your Talent

  • HS diploma required 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in administrative support role within a related field,
  • Experience in a role dealing with sensitive information and a requirement for professional discretion,
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite,
  • Experience in Workday and UKG Dimensions timekeeping beneficial but not required,
  • Strong support skills, can manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly,
  • Eligible for hybrid working post training period.

Your Mission

The Human Resources Assistant Retail Stores plays a crucial role within the People & Organization (P&O) team, directly supporting several functions including the Retail Stores P&O Partners, Retail Stores Organizational Learning & Development and other functions within the broader P&O team. Responsibilities for this position include various administrative duties in connection with the P&O function, including data entry, new-hire onboarding and offboarding, and various ad hoc projects.

  • Process system approvals for all store locations in Workday related to job postings, offers and hiring,
  • Conduct background checks for Retail Store Management employees,
  • Monitor and maintain system-related onboarding requirements including Minor Work Permits, I-9 completion, and policy acknowledgements,
  • Process, track and file performance action notices, and corrective action signoffs,
  • Manage and maintain the Labor Law Posters for the Field, including but not limited to, new orders, replacements and communicating updates,
  • Assist Partner team in scheduling 90-day check-in meetings with new Store Managers and assigned Partners,
  • Provide support with annual processes like Talent Management, Merit Planning & Goal Setting,
  • Assist in generating and creating new ways and ideas for recruiting and retention at the store level,
  • Oversee the responses to Glassdoor posts for the Field,
  • Partner with Corporate Employer Branding Ambassador to bring to life in stores,
  • Audit and pay invoices for select vendors utilized for the Field,
  • Conduct employment verifications and/or triage and draft letters for employee verification or immigration purposes,
  • Provide unemployment responses and coordination of data needed with Payroll,
  • Manage and own Retail Policy & Procedures and all revisions on a quarterly basis,
  • Collect and distribute department mail,
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as needed
