Your Talent
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in the sportswear industry, Footwear and/or Product Management preferred.
- Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear, streetwear, sports-fashion, and consumer trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex processes at the same time.
- Team player mentality, high flexibility, and open mindedness.
- Very good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, overall business orientation.
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English – additional languages are great differentiators.
- Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment.
- Domestic and/or International Travel - up to 15%
Your Mission
- Build product assortments & manage the product creation process for assigned Sportstyle Footwear product lines specifically drafted to the needs of North America and Latin American regions.
- Ensure that products are connected to consumer needs and locally relevant, driving story telling excellence and brand heat.
- Manage the product creation process & calendar from brief to final product sign off on specific GTM timelines.
- Liaise with Global Business Units, regional teams as well as Sourcing counterparts.
- Build and share expertise about North & Latin American markets & business developments, Key Accounts & consumers with the local and global teams.
- Manage Product KPIs: competitive Retail Price, target FOB setting, margin, style efficiency as well as sustainability targets.
- Analyze & suggest product decisions based on Orders, Sell-In, Sell-Through & consumer feedback.
- Ensuring accurate and timeless maintenance of all relevant PUMA systems.
- Present product assortments during Key Account meetings.
- Travel domestically and internationally for market research, customer meetings & Global Milestone meetings.
