Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Professional: About 6 - 8 years of experience in product merchandising for Sport apparel, Strategic and business-oriented mind set, Preferred in local product creation & development, Preferred in down jacket management experience in sport brands
  • IT Skills: Excel: Advanced / PowerPoint: Advanced
  • Language Skills: Preferred in Business English speaker
  • Verbal presentation & communication: Outstanding level is required
  • Attitude: Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open and “hands-on”

Your Mission

  • Local merchandising plan (30%): Fully understand global brand strategy & local market trend. Build the best seasonal local merchandising strategy to maximize the business in relevant channels (DTC, franchise mono, SIS, wholesales..etc.). Maximize numerical KPIs such as net sales and gross margin through strategic scenario
  • Cost management (15%): Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T2, T3. Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency
  • Product quality control (15%): Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots
  • Deliver GTM package (10%): Responsible for presenting seasonal business plan as well as product  strategy for key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Channels…etc.), in order to achieve business target, and collaborative work with all counter parts
  • Production process management (10%): Be involved in product creation process from supplier management, sampling, order to ex-factory. Set and manage efficient process to maximize the benefit through Local creation and special business cases
  • Compliance & Transparency management (10%): Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T2, T3 based on clear guideline & evaluation
  • Operational excellence (10%): Responsible for managing operational excellence, such as setting up consistent format, accurate cost forecasting, and calendar management for on-time delivery..etc
