Your Talent

  • Education: Computer science is preferred but not mandatory
  • Professional: At least 2 years IT Operation experiences
  • IT Skills: Windows10/11, Office365, Windows Server, Router, Cisco and VPN
  • Language Skills: ​English – Business Level
  • Functional Competencies: ​Technical Expertise, Analytical thinking, Business communication
  • Functional Skills: Customer oriented, Teamwork

Your Mission

  • Office Helpdesk and Infrastructure consultation (60%): IT Asset support – Laptop / Projector / Printer / PBX / Server / Desk phone and other peripheral devices, Analyze helpdesk issue in ticketing system and provide proper trainings to business teams – i.e. office automation software trainings / Newcomer setup for IT Systems assignment / Co-work with relevant teams/specialist to resolve IT issues / Store VPN management (Meraki) and store POS(Point Of Sales) device technical support
  • Asset / Backup management and maintain Infrastructure policy (10%): IT Asset management : Maintain the IT Asset list without any missing, Backup management : Monitor daily backup status and fix the technical issue if any
  • Data Center management & Vendor Management (10%): Do daily health check including backup, Account management : Active Directory, Monitor and maintain servers – On-premise and/or Cloud -, network devices and telecommunication devices, Escalate any data center issue to proper IT teams, Infrastructure vendor management, Purchase Order and Payment Request
  • Project leader as infrastructure (10%): Support Global initiated project, Co-work with local / global stakeholders
