Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent studied.
Professional: Functional - Min 2 years of relevant experience
Industry - Retail background is a plus.
IT Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP
Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Competencies: Problem solving and cost consciousness. A team player.
Functional Skills: Internationa accounting standards knowledge.
Your Mission
The focus of the role is support on daily financial /accounting operations to ensure production of accurate and reliable accounting records for both external and internal reporting purposes. Provide analytical review to management is also necessary.
Task 1:
- Assist in Internal controls & policies adherence – Ensure all receipts of all retail stores are properly accounted for. Highlight anomalies immediately.
Task 2:
- Responsible on monthly, quarterly and annual closing for Retail to ensure fulfillment of all the reporting requirements both externally and internally.
- Assists in preparing lease schedules for budget & forecast.
Task 3:
- Responsible for on time & accurate recording of invoices and payments to retail landlords.
Task 4:
- Assist in system implementation. Documentation of SOP in SAP to ensure quality of work.
- Assist in handling lease agreement & documentation
Task 5:
- Support PUMA wholesale function as necessary and be able to assist in other duties as and when assigned.
