Your Talent
Education: Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent studied.
Professional: Functional - Min 3 years in merchandising planning, retail planning or product merchandising.
Industry - Sports or lifestyle business background is a plus.
IT Skills: Advanced level in MS Excel and database management. Full proficiency of handling SAP, MS Powerpoint and Macro is required.
Language Skills: English
Competencies: Analytical thinking / Problem solving; Negotiation Skills; Creativity & Innovation
Functional Skills: Networking and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
Your Mission
This role will be responsible for managing merchandising business database, facilitating business planning tools, providing quality analytics and operational support to Merchandising team to achieve company’s business goal along with Merchandising KPI’s. As a representative of GTM in Malaysia market, he/she will be take ownership of tradeshow preparation, including digital catalog maintenance, showroom set ups and sample logistics.
Task 1: Merchandising Planning Tools and Operational Support
Design, improve and maintain merchandising planning tools and database, including forecasting / visual range planning tools, sample portals, product line list, price maintenance and share point. Engage with stakeholders to provide necessary operational support, when is required.
Task 2: Business Analysis and Financial Planning
Provide quality analytics on sell-in/sell-thru, range efficiency, margin projection and any critical business reports either via MS Office or PowerBI, which will be aligned with financial plans in terms of seasonal forecast and budget.
Task 3: Go-to-Market Support
Closely engage with Malaysia Wholesale team for key customer planning and sell-in with product range support.
Task 4: Tradeshow Support
Take ownership of tradeshow preparation, including digital catalog maintenance, showroom set ups and sample logistics.
