Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various information security frameworks
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT security role with a solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Experience with firewall management, incident management, and risk assessment. Excellent understanding of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
- Good knowledge of good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English (written & oral)
Your Mission
- Threat Assessment and Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate the IT environment for potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber incidents.
- Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide IT security policies and procedures. Ensure these are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to any IT security breaches, including investigation, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Employee Training: Conduct regular training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all systems are in compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures for current systems and conduct Vendor Check processes for new systems.
- Technology Management: Recommend and implement security enhancements and technologies to strengthen the company’s IT infrastructure.
