Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent studied.

Professional: Functional - Min 6 - 7 years of relevant experience

Industry - Retail, FMCG

IT Skills: Experience in accounting system (SAP & Oracle). Excellent MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Competencies: Result oriented, responsible, self-motivated & good business acumen

Functional Skills: Internationa accounting standards knowledge.

Your Mission

The purpose of this role is to take care of all the important financial functions of an organization for Retail and Ecommerce division

Task 1:

  • Prepare, monitor and analyze monthly Puma Retail by stores and Ecommerce by platforms actual results – P&L and balance sheets.

Task 2:

  • Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting exercise, and provide analysis on the budget and forecast figures to actual to support any business decision for Retail by stores and Ecommerce by platforms.

  • Review business deal pack for new store opening by giving valuable feedback on the financial analysis to the relevant stakeholders.

Task 3:

  • Guide & review Retail/EC team in monthly closing for Retail and Ecommerce which includes journal posting, preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliations.

  • Support daily retail activities, including Retail sales/cash reconciliation.

  • Guiding team on FA accounting, working with AP team to ensure payables are recorded/accrued and correctly paid.

Task 4:

  • Business partner to relevant stakeholders mainly Retail and Ecommerce operations for daily operations, closing forecasting and budgeting and ensuring overall compliance to finance SOP etc.

Task 5:

  • Liaise with internal & external auditor, regional and global finance team.

  • Assist in preparation of statutory filing including financial statement preparation.

Task 6:

  • Perform IFRS 16 lease accounting on SLAN tool and maintain lease schedule.

Task 7:

  • Perform other duties as assigned – stock counts (store/warehouse), special projects, FA sighting, RBU reporting.
