Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in design/creative/related areas with good business acumen.
- At least 3-5 years of eCommerce UI/UX experience with a background in sporting goods
- Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external TP/DP
- Design, Project management tools
- Written English compulsory
- Spoken English preferred
Your Mission
- Analysis & Planning: Leverage available tools and performance data to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand our stores’ consumer behaviors, preference, pain points, and to evaluate the current stores’ user experiences;
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay on trend, to identify industrial best practices as benchmark, seek optimization opportunities from competitors, and explore new/trending design tools, technologies across marketplaces;
- User Experience Enhancement: Plan and update visual merchandising calendar for all stores ensuring company GTM calendar is followed; Create wireframes and mockups then lead operational vendor’s design team to create, implement and approve all storefront designs which are visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines, including homepage, campaign/promotion landing page, PDP, navigations, product categorization, etc. Liaise with digital marketing content team to keep optimizing the local photo/video quality on still, on-model and creative product shooting; Monitor marketplaces’ trending keywords and ensure store product title and descriptions are stay up on trend and no organic traffic opportunities are missed;
- Collaborations: Work closely with store operations, omni buying, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements/feedbacks and translate them into UI/UX design/enhancement solutions; Identify key performance indicators of user experience design ensuring the alignment with business needs; Drive brand experience consistency by developing and maintaining comprehensive eComm store design guideline from brand guidebook;
