Your Talent

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years’ HR experience as business partner or generalist
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented, customer centric, flexible, strong in priority setting and multi-tasking
  • Great attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HRIS i.e. Workday is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

Your Mission

  • Responsible for recruitment by monitoring headcounts, understanding hiring needs, updating job descriptions, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals and providing excellent candidate experience for HK and other Asia Pacific branches from application to on-boarding
  • Assist in talent management, performance management and annual exercises such as salary review and bonus exercises by working closely with business units and internal HR teams
  • Handle movement cases including cross-border assignment, separation and promotion, coordinate with business units and internal HR teams, maintain master records and Workday
  • Support for digitalization, e.g. maintaining Workday, promoting Workday’s self-service and intranet to staff
  • Compile HR-related statistics and reports for highest degree of accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in employee relations and engagement initiatives based on organization strategies, e.g. training solutions, staff grievances, organizational structural changes
