Your Talent

  • Degree holder, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile Certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in IT, Retail environment
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and software development processes
  • Proven experience in project management (PMP, Agile or other certification is a plus) and track records of the implemented projects in IT, Retail area
  • Knowledge of SAP, Retail Solutions  (are a plus)
  • Good communication skills and strong team player
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and strong analytical plus problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded and ready to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Well organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages (Cantonese, Mandarin are a plus)

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile methodologies
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize features and create a product backlog
  • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments
  • Facilitate communication between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation plans as necessary
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Use Agile tools to capture and report project metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct retrospectives and identify areas for process improvement
